How many H2Tab Bath Tablets do I need per bath? copyUpdated 21 minutes ago

The ratio

Use one H2Tab Bath Tablet per 5 gallons of water. This ratio is designed to produce a meaningful concentration of dissolved hydrogen throughout the full volume of the bath.

Standard bathtub sizing

A full standard bathtub takes approximately 15 to 20 tablets. For a deeper soaking tub or a large freestanding tub, scale up from there using the 1-tablet-per-5-gallon ratio.

Not sure how big your tub is?

A rough way to estimate: time how long it takes to fill your tub using a known container, or check the manufacturer's specifications. When in doubt, err slightly higher on tablet count rather than lower to ensure a sufficient hydrogen concentration throughout the soak.

Other ways to soak

A full tub isn't the only option. A basin works well for a foot soak or a smaller, targeted soak—just scale your tablet count down using the same 1-tablet-per-5-gallon ratio based on how much water you're using.

Tip: Filling your tub only partway? Just doing a targeted soak? Adjust proportionally. Half a standard tub calls for roughly half the tablets.
